P3 siliron series
The P3 siliron series is a family of glass cleaners with wide-ranging application, from large-format glass substrates to optical devices and lens components. Being water-based and low-foaming, they are eco-friendly with low COD and BOD values

P3 disperse series
The P3 disperse series was developed to improve the performance of photo-resist developer solutions used for color filters and array substrates. The members of this series make possible fine-pitch patterning that would be difficult to achieve using resist alone, and ensure expected pattern performance. They also offer excellent washability, do not harm substrates and have no effect on the coatability of resists in subsequent processes.

P3 poleve series
It was developed to strip or re-strip resists used on color filters and array substrates. The products readily remove filter resin and hardened resin, and do not attack substrate materials or glass. They also feature excellent water washability and do not affect resist coatability in processes that follow.

P3 allpass series
The P3 allpass series is a family of general-purpose cleaners for electronic parts and cells in displays. These cleaners are especially well suited to clean cells after sealing the liquid crystal material and for final washing. The series improves the reliability of semiconductor-based electronic components.

P3 kaltfin & raffinit series
The P3 kaltfin series is a family of hydrocarbon-based solvent cleaners developed to clean cells after the liquid crystal material is injected and sealed in LCD displays. The P3 raffinit series is designed as a cleaner for a wide range of electronic devices and as a flux remover in SMT soldering processes. These solvents differ from conventional CFC-, ethane- and chlorine-based cleaners, and are completely free of substances that burden the environment or deplete the ozone layer. Both cleaners are recyclable and environmentally friendly.
